Chief Marketing Officer
Nicole is the Chief Marketing Officer for The Mullings Group Companies. In addition to directing the marketing initiatives, Nicole is also part of the leadership team for Dragonfly Stories – A Mullings Group Company, and partners with its media clients on attention and awareness campaigns.
Being a life-long learner with an interest in the future of the MedTech/HealthTech, Nicole is genuinely passionate about the mission of TMG – building companies and careers in the Life Sciences industry. She is an Executive Producer for LESAB TRA, A Telly-Award Winning Documentary powered by Dragonfly.
Her background includes working for luxury global brand where she was responsible for a $6+ million business within a publicly traded company, running special projects, managing business development efforts and leading teams up to 50+. She attended the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, with a double major in Marketing and Management and minor in Spanish.
As a leader in the organization, Nicole prides herself on her adaptive interactions with each team member. A high-achiever, decision-maker, and problem-solver, Nicole understands the need to pivot quickly and stay agile in our ever-adapting organization.
