Marco is the Chief Development Officer at Dragonfly – A Mullings Group Company. He brings over two decades of television and film industry experience, incorporating this expertise into each Dragonfly Stories production.
Having studied Film and Broadcast at St. Francis College, Marco is now a twelve-time nominated and Emmy-winning producer, director, and editor. Under his direction, Dragonfly Stories has won seven Telly Awards for their TrueFuture docuseries.
Marco’s experience in the Entertainment Industry has shaped his approach in making Dragonfly Stories a success. His mission is to encourage a positive, team-oriented approach to the creative process. He believes in allowing his team to empower themselves in their roles, trusting them, and producing exceptional results.
